In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order. The orders that have already been dispatched out by us will not be cancelled.
Sometimes, under some situations it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, freshness of products, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information etc.
If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction or product replacement is refunded back to the customer at the time the return is received.
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund or product replacement. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
